Legal fast track: free advice in one call

Many legal problems are easier to deal with when you get advice early. B Law Firm advises individuals and business owners so that you understand your rights, your duties and how to handle the problem on the basis of the facts. We do not only look at the problem in front of you; we also help you prevent the risks that may come later.

How we can help

  • Answering your questions on civil, criminal, family, inheritance and land law, and explaining your options and where each of them may lead.
  • Advising business owners on setting up a company, registering trademarks and taxation.
  • Planning a legal strategy that reduces your business risks, for example by reviewing the contracts and documents you use every day.
  • Giving you an honest view of the prospects and the limits of your matter before you decide to negotiate, mediate or go to court.
  • Carrying the matter on into contract work, mediation or litigation when it comes to that.

When to talk to a lawyer

  • You are about to make an important decision with legal consequences, such as investing, buying or selling property, or starting a business with others.
  • You have received a demand letter, a warning, a summons or another legal document and are not sure what to do next.
  • You are in a disagreement with a contract party, a customer, an employee or a family member and want to know your options before you act.
  • You want to know where your business is exposed to legal risk before a problem arises.

What to prepare before you talk to us

Have these ready for the lawyer when you talk. In the online form a short summary is enough; please do not send important documents or confidential details yet.

  • A short timeline: what happened, when, and who was involved.
  • The documents involved, such as contracts, receipts, letters you have received, and important chat messages or emails.
  • What you would like to happen, and any deadline you are facing.
  • For a business: the company certificate and the names of the people authorised to sign.

What happens when you contact us

  1. Send us your matter through the online consultation form, LINE or email, telling us only what we need for a first assessment.
  2. A lawyer calls you back to ask about the facts and the documents, and tells you plainly about the prospects and the limits of your matter.
  3. We agree the scope of work and the fees before any work starts. Our fees match the actual scope of work, are transparent and carry no hidden charges.
  4. We act for you once we have confirmed in writing that we are taking on your matter. Sending the form alone does not make us your lawyers.

If your matter has a legal deadline, such as a court date, a limitation period or a filing deadline, please call the firm directly as soon as possible rather than waiting for a reply to a form or an email.

This page gives general information, not legal advice on any particular matter. Every matter turns on its own facts, so please talk to a lawyer before you decide.
