Effective from 17 October 2026
This is an English translation of our Thai terms of use, provided for your convenience. If the two differ, the Thai version prevails.
These terms apply to visiting and using every page of the website bwinlawfirm.com ("the website"). Please read them before you use the website, in particular section 4 (information on the website), section 5 (forms and the information you send) and section 8 (cookies and website statistics).
1. Accepting these terms
By visiting or using the website, whether you read an article, send a form or use a contact channel shown on the website, you are taken to have read and agreed to these terms, including the use of cookies described in section 8. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website.
For the statistics cookies you do not need to stop using the website: press "Decline" in section 8 and carry on using the website as usual. How we collect, use and disclose personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
2. Who runs the website
The website is run by B LAWFIRM COMPANY LIMITED (บริษัท บี ลอว์เฟิร์ม จำกัด, company registration no. 0105556089433), trading as B Law Firm ("the firm" or "we"). You can reach us by email at contact@bwinlawfirm.com or by phone on 02-744-2290.
3. Permitted use and prohibited acts
You may use the website to read its information, to contact the firm and to ask for advice for your own purposes, in good faith. You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, against public order or good morals, or in breach of anyone else's rights;
- enter false information, use someone else's information without the right to do so, or pretend to be someone else;
- send advertising, large numbers of repeated messages, or harmful files or code;
- access or try to access the backoffice or any part of the website that is not open to the public, get around its security measures, or do anything that makes the website malfunction or slow down;
- use automated programs to extract or copy content in bulk, except the programs of search engines that follow the website's robots.txt file.
Some of these acts may be offences under Thailand's Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007). The firm may refuse or not answer messages, block access, or take legal action against anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Information on the website
- The articles and information on every page of the website are general legal information, for a first understanding of the law. They are not legal advice on the facts or the case of any particular person and cannot replace consulting a lawyer.
- Laws, regulations and court decisions change, so some information may no longer be current on the day you read it. The firm tries to keep the information accurate, but does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, up to date or suitable for your matter. Before you decide or do anything with legal consequences, please consult a lawyer and give them the full facts.
- Results of past cases or work mentioned on the website do not guarantee that your matter will have the same outcome. The outcome of each matter depends on its facts, its evidence and the decision of the court or authority concerned.
- Descriptions of our services on the website are preliminary information. The scope of work, the conditions and the fees for each matter are those the firm agrees with you in writing.
- The firm may change, update or stop all or part of the website, and does not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.
5. Forms and the information you send
- Sending the online lawyer consultation form, an email or a LINE message, or calling through a channel shown on the website, is only a request for the firm to contact you. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and the firm has no duty to act in your matter until it confirms in writing that it takes on your matter or accepts your instructions, for example in an engagement letter or agreement, or in a confirmation email from the firm.
- Any initial answer given by phone or message before the firm takes on your matter is based only on the facts you have told us, and is not a complete legal opinion.
- Until the firm confirms that it takes on your matter, please do not send confidential information, important documents or sensitive details of your case through the forms or the channels on the website. Give only the basic information needed for us to contact you; you can tell the lawyer further details directly later.
- If your matter has a legal deadline, such as a limitation period or a deadline for filing documents with a court or an authority, please call the firm directly as soon as possible and do not wait for an answer through a form or by email, as the firm cannot guarantee how quickly it will reply.
- You confirm that the information you send is true and that you have the right to give it. The firm looks after the personal data it receives as set out in its privacy policy.
- The firm may decline a matter that is outside the scope of its services, involves a conflict of interest, or would be against the law or the rules of professional conduct for lawyers.
6. Intellectual property
The text, articles, pictures, logos, the name "B Law Firm" and the design of the website are the copyright or other intellectual property of the firm, or of those who have licensed them to the firm. You may read, print or save them for your personal use, share links to them, and quote reasonable extracts if you say that they come from B Law Firm and link to the original page. You may not copy, adapt or republish the content in full, or use it commercially, without the firm's written permission, except as permitted by Thailand's Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994).
7. Links to and services of others
The website may contain links to, or parts that connect with, websites or services of others, such as LINE, the OpenStreetMap map or the sources an article refers to, which the firm does not control. The firm is not responsible for the content, accuracy or security of those websites and services, or for how they handle personal data. Your use of another website is governed by that website's own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, the firm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- using or relying on information on the website instead of consulting a lawyer;
- the website being unavailable, interrupted, delayed or containing errors, or information sent over the internet being lost or delayed;
- the acts of third parties, including the outside providers mentioned in sections 7 and 8 and anyone who gains unauthorised access to the systems.
This limitation does not apply to loss or damage caused by the firm's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to harm to life, body or health, or to any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, and it does not take away your rights under consumer protection law. The firm's liability for work it has been engaged to do is governed by the engagement agreement and the law.
10. Changes to these terms
The firm may change these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on this page with its effective date. A changed version applies to use of the website from the date it states and does not apply retroactively.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under Thai law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the website falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in force. These terms are made in Thai; the English and Chinese versions are translations provided for convenience, and if their meaning differs, the Thai version prevails.
12. Contact us
If you have a question about these terms, or want to exercise your rights over your personal data, contact B Law Firm by email at contact@bwinlawfirm.com or by phone on 02-744-2290.
